Processing & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laid N’ Shaped Supply! Please review our processing and shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten our processing period unless specifically stated.

During product launches, restocks, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated when possible.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Laid N’ Shaped Supply. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Laid N’ Shaped Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier and Laid N’ Shaped Supply so the issue can be reviewed.

A tracking status showing “Delivered” does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Claims will be reviewed individually, and customers may be asked to complete a carrier claim.

We strongly recommend shipping orders to a secure location.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Laid N’ Shaped Supply because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the order is reshipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the shipping error was caused by Laid N’ Shaped Supply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or request a cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
