Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Laid N’ Shaped Supply, we take pride in providing professional-quality nail products. Due to the nature of our products and for health, sanitation, and quality-control purposes, all opened or used products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Opened or Used Products

Once a product has been opened, used, swatched, tested, or otherwise altered from its original condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Acrylic powders
• Gels and gel polishes
• Nail preparation products
• Top coats
• Brushes and nail tools
• Nail oils
• Rhinestone and nail-art gels
• Other products that have been opened or used

Results can vary depending on application technique, product ratios, room temperature, storage conditions, equipment, and compatibility with other products. Dissatisfaction resulting from improper use, storage, application, or use with third-party products does not automatically qualify an item for a refund or replacement.

If you experience difficulty using a product, please contact us. When appropriate, our team may provide product education or troubleshooting assistance.

Unopened Products

If you have an issue with an unopened and unused item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Approval of a return or exchange is not guaranteed and will be determined after reviewing the request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos and/or video of the product
• Photos of the shipping packaging when applicable

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Laid N’ Shaped Supply reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be reasonably verified or that are submitted outside the stated timeframe, subject to applicable law.

Store Credit

In certain circumstances, Laid N’ Shaped Supply may offer store credit as a courtesy and at our discretion. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the order and concern.

Store credit does not constitute an admission that a product is defective and may be offered as a customer-service resolution.

Opened, used, tested, or swatched products remain ineligible for returns or refunds. However, Laid N’ Shaped Supply may choose to provide partial or full store credit in certain situations at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund unless otherwise required by law.
